General Policy
We require 3 per week on average, to keep your place on the schedule. This is Calculated by walks booked รท weeks since start date. If you’ve been with us long time, it’s every six months. The average has to be 3 at all times.
Cancellations & Credits
If your average is 3 and cancel, we can’t refund those days. What we can do, is move those walks to another week. So that your average remains 3. You can also distribute your walks throughout the month, however it fits your schedule. As long as the average of walks you book and pay for, is 3.
